  • Hours MON-FRI 9am-3pm.

  • Located inside MASSO MASSAGE 1635 8th Av. Light blue building. Entrance on the back alley side.  

  • Please ensure the online intake/consent and direct billing forms are filled out prior to your appointment.

  • We provide direct billing for most insurance providers (not all). 

  • We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file. The fees for late cancellations or missed appointments is 100% of the treatment amount.
